Moreover, its structure in tubular and boxed steel of great thickness treated with hot galvanizing allows the machine to work in extreme climatic situations and to be used continuously without any fear.
Compared to traditional methods, the use of Ciclone S.r.l.'s fog cannons for dust suppression allows to save water and not to have to use one's own manpower to manage the machinery.
On an operational level, the CM303 benefits from a turbine that can rotate up to 340 degrees, with an tilt between -20° and +45° degrees, a feature that can be managed through the PLC, with which all the machines of the CM series are equipped. This Model is equipped with a 3Kw motor that allows for a 25-meter (82 ft) throw and features a nozzle ring consisting of a 1.1/4-inch stainless steel ring with 30 nozzles inserted and secured on a threaded brass base in order to prevent static electricity from building up.
Its performance, combined with the different configurations available, make it an efficient element in most small and medium-sized construction sites.
Through the PLC you are always informed of possible failures, the possible absence of water or other critical issues that may arise during the phases of use. Finally, all models of Ciclone’s machines are equipped with housings for forklift forks and eyebolts that allow the machine to be lifted either by forklift, telescopic arm or by means of belts or chains.

Possible configurarions
On fixed base
The use of Ciclone’s fog cannons in a static version is perfect for those who do not have needs that require particular versatility. A solution in which the high levels of effectiveness and performance are maintained.
Three-wheel trolley
The configuration with three 14" wheels with increased shoulder and treaded tire, was created with the idea of offering maximum mobility. The "France" type drawbar completes the extreme transferability of this machine.
Telescopic Pole
This solution is suitable for small or medium-sized hight-altitude works.
The arm height is manually adjustable as well as the turbine rotation which is managed by a mechanic slewing bearing placed at the base of the telescopic pole. Compared to electronic models, this allows a high economic saving.

The CM303 requires 28 liters (7,3 gal) per minute. These are, therefore, the numbers that certify the real competitiveness of the product on the market with respect to the ability to optimize consumption. The additional plus is represented by the possibility of using any type of water. This is possible only because Ciclone’s dust suppression systems are equipped with high performance filters.
The Ciclone’s dust suppression systems, thanks to the anemometer, are able to read the speed of the wind. This causes the switching on or off of the motor according to the needs. The CM303 therefore exhausts its action when not needed, ensuring further savings.
